My soybean paste which my son helped the crushing process is now ready to eat.

息子もふみふみお手伝いしてくれたお味噌が出来上がりました

I feel like it means a lot to me since I’ve always been in rush.

毎日バタバタしているから、お味噌がじっくり時間をかけて、ゆっくり出来上がったことがとても愛おしいのです

Could feel kind of comfort to myself if I have miso soup on the table.

食卓にお味噌汁があると幸せです

My boy tends to eat veggies if they are in miso soup.

息子もお味噌汁に入れた野菜なら食べてくれる!

Beans, koji, and salt are only needed. Just let the three ingredients to the fermentation power.

材料はお豆と麹と塩だけ。あとは発酵の力におまかせ！

Wisdoms from the past generation is amazing.

昔の人の知恵ってほんとにすごいですね

I’ve made small amount of the paste with black beans for the first time, and it has a full of flavor and really nice!

ちょこっとだけ仕込んだ黒豆のお味噌、コクがあってすんごくおいしい！

I want to make miso using various kinds of beans for the next time.

今年は色んなお豆を使ってちょこちょこ作りたいな
